Saudi Arabia is expected to record around SAR 310 billion worth of non-oil exports by the end of 2020, said Saleh Al-Sulami, Secretary General of the Saudi Export Development Authority (SEDA).
"This will likely offset the exports' slight decline last year," Al-Sulami said, adding that SEDA is aiming to increase exports contribution to the gross domestic product (GDP) to 50% by 2030, compared to 16% in 2015 through a number of programs and initiatives.
Non-oil exports stood at nearly SAR 202.68 billion in the first 11 months of 2019, compared to SAR 215.66 billion in year-earlier period, Argaam reported.
