The National Agricultural Development Co. (NADEC)’s board of directors approved on Feb. 16 the resignation of CEO Abdulaziz M. Albabtain, effective from March 31, 2020, citing personal reasons.
The board also named Steen Hadsbjerg as the new CEO, effective from April 1, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.
The statement also noted that until then Albabtain will continue in his role as the CEO to provide direction and support to the business, ensuring a smooth transition process.
Hadsbjerg enjoys over 25 years of international experience and will lead the company in operations, management and marketing, the statement added.
