Jabal Omar Development names new chairman

Jabal Omar Development Co.’s board of directors approved the appointment of Dr. Zeyad Othman Al Hekail as chairman, effective Feb. 17, 2020, until June 29, 2021.

 

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that Al Hekail also resigned from his position as a member of the review committee as part of the regulatory requirements and was replaced by Ali Mohammed Al Kanhel.

 

Last month, the developer announced that chairman Abdulaziz Mohammed Al Subeaei had resigned from his position due to personal reasons.
