Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. said in a bourse statement today that its extraordinary general assembly (EGM) slated for Feb. 19 was not held due to the lack of quorum.
The company will invite shareholders for another general meeting after obtaining the relevant approvals, the statement added.
According to data compiled by Argaam, the EGM was called to discuss a capital hike to SAR 175 million from SAR 75 million through SAR 100 million rights issue to boost the company’s expansions.
