Wataniya’s general assembly approves new audit committee

The first meeting of the ordinary general assembly held by Wataniya Insurance Co. (Wataniya) approved on Feb. 20, 2020, the formation of the new audit committee for the upcoming 3-year term, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The committee was formed for the new term starting from Feb. 20, 2020 to April 25, 2022. The meeting also approved the audit committee’s functions, controls and members’ remuneration, the statement added.

The list of the new members includes Nidal bin Mohammed Rashid Radwan, Sirajuddin Anwar Mazharuddin, and Sami Bin Musa Al-Halabi.
