Farm Superstores to elect new board on March 19

The general assembly of Saudi Marketing Co. (Farm Superstores) is set to convene on March 19 to elect a new board of directors for a 3-year term, starting March 21, 2020, to March 20, 2023.

 

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that the meeting will also vote on forming a review committee and decide on the remuneration of the new board.
