Arabia Insurance elects new board of directors

Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co.’s (AICC) shareholders elected, on Feb. 27, new board members for the next three-year term which extends until Feb. 26, 2023, the insurer said in a bourse statement. 

 

Last month, AICC received the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority’s (SAMA) approval on renewing the company’s insurance license for three years starting Feb. 5, Argaam reported.
