MIS secures SAR 45 mln credit facility from Cisco Systems Finance International

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) secured on Feb. 27 a SAR 45 million credit facility from Cisco Systems Finance International, the company said in a bourse statement on Sunday.

 

The 1-year loan is guaranteed by a promissory note at 100% of the total value of this facility. 

 

The loan will be used to finance one of the existing projects, the statement said, adding that no related parties are involved.
