Riyadh Administrative Court of Appeal upheld the previous ruling of the Administrative Court in which it rejected Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.’s (GO) claim against the Communications and Information Technology Commission’s (CITC) decision rejecting GO’s request to obtain the unified telecom license.

GO said in a bourse filing on Tuesday that the ruling will be published within 15 days.

In October 2019, the administrative court rejected GO’s claim, and both parties were granted 30 days to appeal.
