Tadawul suspends trading on Alujain shares ahead of event disclosure

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) suspended trading on Alujain Holding shares on Thursday for 1 session only.

 

The suspension came upon the company’s request as it will announce an event, Tadawul said in a statement.

 

Alujain shares will resume trading on Sunday, March 8.

 

Saudi Aramco Investment Management Co. and The National Petrochemical Industrial Co. (NATPET) have recently reduced their holding in Alujain to less than 5%, according to the Saudi exchange data.
