Almarai names Naif bin Sultan as new Chairman, Sultan bin Saud Al Kabeer steps down

Almarai Co. appointed, on March 9, Prince Naif bin Sultan bin Mohammed bin Saud Al Kabeer as a Chairman of the board of directors, according to the dairy producer’s bourse statement.

 

This came after the resignation of the board chairman, Prince Sultan bin Mohammed bin Saud Al Kabeer on March 8 citing personal reasons.

 

The board also appointed Prince Saud bin Sultan bin Mohammed bin Saud Al Kabeer as a board member.

 

The appointments are pending the approval of the general assembly.
