What you need to know when Tadawul opens today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Monday.

 

1) Saudi Aramco posted a 21% year-on-year (YoY) drop in net profit after Zakat and tax to SAR 330.7 billion for fiscal year 2019. 

 

2) Saudi Advanced Industries Co. (SAIC) will vote at its general assembly meeting on April 21 to authorize the board to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual/quarterly basis for FY2020.

 

3) Al-Etihad Cooperative Insurance Co. recommended withholding dividend for FY2019.

 

4) Saudi Aramco expects to announce Q1 2020 dividends, along with the company’s first quarter financial results next May.

 

5) Baazeem Trading Co. recommended a 16% cash dividend for FY2019, at SAR 1.6 per share amounting to SAR 16.20 million.

 

6) Middle East Healthcare Co. (MEAHCO) recommended withholding cash dividend for FY2019.

 

7) Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development (Al Hokair Group) temporarily suspended all its entertainment centers in Saudi Arabia as of March 15 until further notice.

 

8) The shares of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group will be listed and start trading on Tadawul as of Tuesday, March 17, 2020, under the symbol 4013, with a 10% daily price fluctuation limit per share.

 

9) Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (SPM) disapproved dismissing the existing board of directors upon request of 2 major shareholders.

 

10) Brent crude on Monday declined 93 cents to reach $32.92 per barrel. WTI Crude also decreased 44 cents to reach $31.29/bbl.
