Saudi Aramco says audit committee chair resigned

Saudi Aramco announced on Thursday the resignation of Andrew Gould from his position as a member of the board of directors and the chair of the audit committee, effective March 19, for personal reasons.

 

The company said in a bourse statement that Andrew Gould was an independent board member whose term began on April 24, 2018 and he also served as the chairman of the audit committee beginning from May 9, 2018.
