Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Company’s board of directors appointed Mazen Abdullah Mohammed Badawood as new chief executive officer, effective from April 1, according to a bourse statement on Thursday.
The appointment comes following the termination of the managing director Abdulaziz AlHussain’s contract as per his request, based on a mutual consent.
Badawood will assume his duties as of May 1, while Alhussain will remain in office until April 30.
