Qassim Cement audit committee member resigns

Qassim Cement Co. announced in a bourse statement that its audit committee member, Abdulmajid bin Ahmed Alhaqbani, resigned from his position effective as of March 23, 2020.

 

The resignation followed the Public Investment Fund’s decision to replace one of its representatives in the board of directors on March 8, 2020.
