Saudi Enaya names new member of audit committee

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors approved appointing Sultan Mohammad Abdulraoof as a member of the audit committee, replacing the independent member Sulaiman Ahmed Abutayeh.

The decision is effective from March 24, 2020 until the end of the current term on March 7, 2021, the insurer said in a bourse statement.

The board decision is not final and is pending approval from the company’s general assembly, the statement added.
