Saudi Paper appoints audit committee member

Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co.’s (SPM) board of directors appointed Suleiman Abdulaziz AlZain (independent member) as a member of the audit committee, effective from March 23.

 

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that the appointment is pending the approval of the company’s general assembly.
