NCB shareholders to start e-voting on EGM agenda on March 27

The National Commercial Bank (NCB) invited its shareholders to participate in the extraordinary general assembly meeting through electronic voting on March 27, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders are set to vote on a 12% cash dividend, or SAR 1.2 per share, for the second half of 2019.

According to data compiled by Argaam, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) issued, on March 16, circular enabling shareholders to participate and vote on general meeting agenda items through Tadawulaty system in line with the government’s efforts to prevent spread of coronavirus.
