Finance ministry closes March issuance of SAR-denominated Sukuk

The Ministry of Finance closed the March 2020 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program.

 

The issuance size was set at SAR 15.568 billion divided into three tranches, the ministry said in a statement on Thursday.

 

The first tranche has a size of SAR 170 million and a total tranche size of SAR 2.743 billion, maturing in 2025.The second tranche has a size of SAR 504 million, and a total tranche size of SAR 8.346 billion, maturing in 2030.

 

The third tranche has a total size of SAR 14.894 billion, maturing in 2050.
