CMA approves amending business profile of EFG-Hermes KSA

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the amendment of the business profile of EFG-Hermes KSA Company by cancelling the activities of investment fund management and discretionary portfolio management, it said in a statement on Monday.

 

EFG-Hermes KSA is now authorized to conduct dealing as principal, agent, underwriter, arranging, advising and custody activities in the securities business.
