Taleem REIT posts SAR 36.9 mln net profit in FY 2019

Taleem REIT Fund posted a net profit of SAR 36.9 million for the fiscal year 2019, according to a bourse filing by Saudi Fransi Capital on Tuesday.
 

Net asset value (NAV) stood at SAR 530.84 million, while the NAV per unit reached SAR 10.56 by the end of 2019.
 

The number of issued units totalled 51 million, with a yield of 7.37% for FY2019.

Total expenses and fees for the period stood at SAR 8.9 million.
