Sahara International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) completed the scheduled periodic turnaround maintenance activities for the Propane Dehydrogenation (PDH) Unit, owned by its affiliate, Al-Waha Petrochemical Co. (Al Waha).
The company said in a statement to Tadawul that it restated today operations at the PDH plant, adding that the scheduled turnaround will enhance the plant’s reliability and allow it to achieve its future operational goals.
The financial impact of this scheduled maintenance will be reflected on the company’s financial results for Q1 2020.
The company has taken the necessary precautions to avoid any potential negative impact on customers, the firm also said.
The company announced on March 22, 2020 that it will conduct a 10-day scheduled maintenance at Al Waha’s PDH plant, Argaam reported earlier.
