Alinma Bank will adopt electronic voting for its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that will be held on April 8, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.
The step followed the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on general meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system in line with the government’s efforts to prevent spread of coronavirus (Covid-19).
