BATIC shareholders elect new board for 3-year term

BATIC Investment and Logistics Co.’s shareholders approved during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on April 2, electing a new board of directors for the upcoming 3-year term, starting from April 3, 2020, until April 2, 2023, the company said in a bourse statement on Sunday.

 

The new board members include Musa Abdul Aziz bin Akrash, Ahmed Mohamed Al Sanea, Majed Abdullah Al Issa, Feras Khalid AlBawardi, Fahad Mubarak Al Qatami, Mohamed Saud Al-Zamil, Taha Mohamed Azhari, and Sultan Abdulaziz Al-Mubarak.

 

In addition, shareholders ratified the audit committee formation for the new 3-year term, starting from April 9, 2020.

 

The audit committee includes Taha Mohamed Azhari, Musa Abdul Aziz bin Akrash, and Abdul Rahman bin Khalid Al Sultan.
