Thimar postpones general meeting on lack of quorum

National Agriculture Marketing Co. (Thimar) said in a bourse statement that its ordinary general meeting (OGM), slated for April 5, 2020, was not held due to the lack of quorum.

 

The company will announce a new date for the general meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals, the statement added.
