CMA extends deadline for disclosing Q1 2020 financials to 50 days

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) extended deadline for the Tadawul-listed companies to disclose their Interim financial statements for the period ending March 31, 2020 by 20 days to 50 days. 

 

The market regulator also extended the availability period of 2019 annual reports to the public, for public and private investment funds by 20 days. 

 

Accordingly, annual reports will be available for a maximum period of 90 days. 

 

The decision came in line with the precautionary measures announced by the Kingdom to  curb the spread of the  coronavirus (COVID-19).
