National Agricultural Development Co.’s (NADEC) board of directors recommended on Tuesday to conduct comprehensive studies to assess the company’s expansion into several food activities that will help in supporting and strengthening supply chains across Saudi Arabia.
The company said in a bourse filing that the board reviewed the preventive measures followed in the company, affirming NADEC applies the highest standards of safety and quality for its products and employees.
The step is part of the company’s commitment to fulfill consumer needs and meet the Kingdom’s food security agenda.
