The rental income of Musharaka REIT Fund reached SAR 27.28 million in the first quarter of 2020, the fund manager Musharaka Capital said in a bourse statement.
The fund’s per unit price reached SAR 8, while the borrowing amount hit SAR 256.44 million in Q1 2020.
According to data compiled by Argaam, Musharaka REIT Fund posted a net profit of SAR 40.08 million in the fiscal year 2019.
The fund also decided to pay a 3.5% cash dividend for the second half of 2019, at SAR 0.35 per unit, amounting to SAR 30.8 million.
