Saudi Ceramics says COVID-19 precautionary measures to affect business

Saudi Ceramics Co.’s business will be impacted by the government’s precautionary measures imposed to contain the spread of coronavirus, the company said in a bourse filing on Thursday.

 

The company further seeks to take advantage of the private sector’s support package previously announced to minimize the financial impact of the COVID-19 precautionary measures.

 

The firm added that under the temporary circumstances surrounding the coronavirus precautionary measures adopted by the Saudi government, it is currently difficult to determine the estimated financial impact of the government’s initiatives and decisions.

 

Any future developments related to the matter will be announced in due course.
