Fitaihi Group’s shareholders to vote on withholding H2 2019 dividend on May 5

Fitaihi Holding Group’s shareholders are set to vote on withholding dividend for the second half of 2019, during the general assembly meeting that will be held on May 5, 2020.

Shareholders will also vote on delegating the board of directors to distribute interim dividend for the fiscal year 2020 on a semi-annual or a quarterly basis.

Meanwhile, they will also vote on the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute dividends for the first half of 2019 at 2% of capital, or SAR 0.20 per share.
