Fitaihi Group says COVID-19 precautionary measures to impact operations

Fitaihi Holding Group’s operations will be impacted by the government’s precautionary measures to curb the spread of coronavirus, the company said in a bourse filing on Thursday.

 

The company is working closely with relevant authorities to identify the mechanism and feasibility of the private sector’s support package previously announced to minimize the financial impact of the COVID-19 precautionary measures.

 

The firm added that under the temporary circumstances surrounding the coronavirus precautionary measures adopted by the Saudi government, it is currently difficult to determine the estimated financial impact of the government’s initiatives and decisions.

 

Any future developments related to the matter will be announced in due course.
