Tourism Enterprise Co.’s (Shams) board of directors approved the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Nagy Elias Al Hassan, submitted on March 22, 2020.
Al Hassan stepped down citing personal reasons, the company said in a bourse filing on Sunday.
The board appointed the financial advisor, Farid Ibrahim Al Sayed, as the new CFO effective April 11, 2020.
Al Sayed has more than 20 years’ experience in the financial and accounting fields, during which he held many leading positions in different companies across the Arab world.
Al Sayed holds a bachelor’s degree from Alexandria University in accounting management in 1999, and has been serving as Shams’ financial advisor since September 28, 2018.
