Raydan to disclose FY2019 financial results soon after completing audit process

Raydan Cuisines and Restaurants Co. said in a bourse filing on Wednesday that it was unable to publish its financial statements for fiscal year 2019 as expected today, April 15.

 

The company said the annual financial results will be published as soon as possible after receiving the required information from the external auditors.

 

Trading suspension will be applied according to the listing rules announced on March 25, 2019, the statement noted.

 

In March, Raydan announced its inability to publish financial statements for the fiscal year 2019 within the specified period.
