Arab National Bank reappoints Salah Al-Rashed as chairman

Arab National Bank’s (ANB) board of directors reappointed Salah Al-Rashed as chairman of the board, and AbdulMohsen Ibrahim AlTouq as vice chairman, for a new term from April 1, 2020, through March 31, 2023.

The bank said in a statement to Tadawul that the board also formed the executive committee, nominations and remunerations committee, risk management committee, and strategic committee.

The bank also said that representatives of ANB Amman- Jordan at the ANB board have maintained their positions, including Robert Eid, Bassem Ibrahim Awadallah, Mohammed A. Alghanamah, and Ziad Anwar Akrouk.

In a separate statement, ANB said that Thamer Misfer Al-Wadey, an independent member, was named as head of the audit committee, pending the approval of the general assembly.
