TADCO postpones EGM on lack of quorum

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. (TADCO) had to postpone its first and second extraordinary general meetings (EGM) on April 19, due to lack of quorum, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

TADCO will announce a new date for the third meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals, the statement added.
