Chemanol to vote on FY19 board report, financials on May 13

Methanol Chemicals Co.'s (Chemanol) shareholders will vote on financial statements for FY 2019, as well as the board and auditor’s reports during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) slated for May 13, the company said in a bourse filing.

Shareholders will also vote on appointing a new auditor for FY2020 and Q1 2021, in addition to discharging board members from liability for FY2019.

During the meeting, shareholders will discuss amending the articles of incorporation related to company's headquarters.

Shareholders will be able to participate and vote on agenda items through Tadawulaty services offered by the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa).
