Wataniya Insurance approves FY19 financials, board report

Wataniya Insurance Co.’s (Wataniya) shareholders approved the audited financial statements, and audit as well as board reports for the fiscal year 2019 during the ordinary general meeting held on April 21, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

Shareholders also approved a board remuneration of SAR 1.26 million.

During the meeting, shareholders endorsed business contracts inked with other entities.

An external auditor was also appointed during the meeting for FY2020 and Q1 2021.
