Alinma Tokio postpones general meeting to June 7

Alinma Tokio Marine Co. postponed the general meeting, which was originally scheduled for April 26, until June 7, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Wednesday.

 

The company will hold an extraordinary general meeting instead, as it added new items on the agenda to amend the articles of incorporation.

 

Shareholders of record at the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) will be able to participate and vote on the agenda items through Tadawulaty system as of June 4.

 

On April 5, Alinma Tokio Marine invited shareholders to vote on audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year 2019, Argaam reported.
