Yanbu Cement opens board membership nominations

Yanbu Cement Co. opened the nomination process for the board of directors’ membership for the upcoming 3-year term, starting June 21, 2020.

Applicants can submit an application for nomination from April 26 to May 26, 2020, as per the regulatory requirements, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday.

The candidacy for membership of the board will be in accordance with the statutory controls, policies, standards and procedures approved by the company's general assembly.
