Al Sorayai Trading and Industrial Group (AlSorayai Group) will adopt electronic voting as of May 3 on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on May 6, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The move came after the Capital Market Authority (CMA) issued a circular, on March 16, enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda items through Tadawulaty system in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
