National Agricultural Development Co. (NADEC) said in a bourse statement that shareholders can vote online on the agenda items of the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), slated for May 5.
Shareholders who are registered in Tadawulaty services portal starting from 10 am on May 1 until 10 pm on May 5, 2020 will be allowed for vote online.
The Capital Market Authority (CMA) decided on March 16 to temporarily suspend personal attendance at general meetings.
Shareholders will be able to participate and vote on agenda items through Tadawulaty services, which are offered by the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa).
The decision came in line with the Kingdom’s efforts to control the spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
