Saudi Re for Cooperative Reinsurance Co. will adopt electronic voting as of May 10 on the agenda items of its extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) that will be held on May 10, according to a bourse filing.
The step followed the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty System in line with the government’s efforts to prevent spread of coronavirus.
Earlier this month, the company invited its shareholders to vote on vote on audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year 2019, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on May 10, according to data compiled by Argaam.
