Zahrat Al Waha to pay H2 2019 dividend on May 10

Zahrat Al Waha For Trading Co. said it will pay cash dividend for the second half of 2019 on May 10, 2020.

Shareholders of record on April 19, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

Last month, Zahrat Al Waha’s shareholders approved the board of directors' recommendation on paying cash dividend at 7.5% of capital, or SAR 0.75 per share, for the second half of 2019, according to data compiled by Argaam.
