Sumou Real Estate Company will start trading on Nomu Parallel Market as of Monday, May 11, 2020, under the symbol 9511, with a daily fluctuation limit of 20%, according to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
The Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) credited today, Thursday, May 7 the subscribed securities of Sumou to eligible shareholders' portfolios.
Sumou’s initial public offering (IPO), which closed last Thursday, was 236% oversubscribed by 113 subscribers that bought 2.95 million shares.
The IPO price was set at SAR 24 per share, Argaam earlier reported.
