8 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Monday.

 

1) Saudi Company for Hardware (SACO) reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 11.7 million for the first quarter of 2020, a 39% year-on-year (YoY) decline.

 

2) Arabian Cement Co. reported a 22% profit jump YoY to SAR 45.1 million in Q1 2020.

 

3) The National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) reported a net profit after Zakat and Tax of SAR 18.2 million for Q1 2020.

 

4) Saudi Research and Marketing Group’s (SRMG) shareholders approved, on May 7, amending bylaws and other items on meeting’s agenda.

 

5) Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co.’ (Al-Khodari) shareholders approved, on May 7, dismissing the board members who own about 5.007% shares of the company's capital.

 

6) Thob Al Aseel Co.’s shareholders are set to vote, on June 8, on delegating the board of directors to distribute interim dividend for the fiscal year 2020 on a semi-annual or a quarterly basis.

 

7) Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (SPM) submitted a request to increase capital through a SAR 100 million rights issue to the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

 

8) Brent crude on Monday fell 30 cents to reach $30.67 per barrel. WTI Crude also decreased 20 cents to reach $24.54/bbl.
