Al Ahsa Development announces intention to change name, relocate headquarters

Al Ahsa Development Co. announced the intention of its board of directors to change the company’s name as well as move headquarters, after fulfilling the requirements of the relevant authorities.

 

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that it is currently difficult to assess financial impact and any developments will be announced in due course.
