Fitaihi Group announces resignation of its retail division’s CEO

Fitaihi Holding Group’s board of directors approved, on May 11, the resignation of the CEO of Fitaihi Retail Company, Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Hassan Fitaihi, from his position as CEO of the retail sector at Fitaihi Holding Group.

 

In a statement on Tadawul on Monday, the company said he resigned due to his circumstances and work engagements, and his last working day will be May 12, 2020.

 

The aboard also appointed Yasser Yehia Abdelhamid to replace Dr. Mohammed Fitaihi.

 

Dr. Mohammed Fitaihi continues to remain an executive member of Fitaihi Group’s board of directors, as well as the general manager of its subsidiary company, Luxury Goods Trading Company Ltd, the statement added.

 

Fitaihi Retail Co. manages the retail sector of Fitaihi Holding Group, one of the subsidiaries 100% owned by the group.
