Foreign investment in Saudi Arabia increased by 14% year-on-year (YoY) to around SAR 1.78 trillion in 2019, compared to SAR 1.56 trillion a year earlier, based on the latest official data issued by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA).

Portfolio investments hit SAR 477.35 billion, while other investments stood at SAR 416.8 billion.
