Al-Khodari forms nomination and remuneration committee

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co.’s (AlKhodari) board of directors formed the nomination and remuneration committee for the new 3-year term, started May 7, 2020 till May 6, 2023, during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on May 20.

The company appointed Eng Saeed Jaber Ali Al-Qahtani (independent member) as committee chairman, and Jamil Abdullah Mohsen Al-Khodari and Hassan Ali Asiri as members, according to a bourse statement.
