SPM’s audit committee member resigns

Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (SPM) announced the resignation of Waleed Al-Shabanat from the audit committee due to personal reasons.

 

The resignation, which was submitted on May 19, 2020, is effective from May 21, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.
